Account Deletion
Delete your PagePace account or guest data
The fastest way to delete PagePace account or guest records is in the app from Settings > Account.
In the app: email accounts can use Settings > Account > Request account deletion. Guest sessions can use Settings > Account > Delete guest data. After you confirm, PagePace deletes eligible Supabase records and starts a fresh guest session if you keep using the app.
If You No Longer Have The App
Email pagepace.support@gmail.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request. For email accounts, include the email address on your PagePace account so we can verify ownership before processing. For guest sessions, deleting the app removes local-only data; contact support with any details you can provide if you need help with cloud records tied to a guest session.
What Deletion Covers
Deletion covers eligible PagePace account or guest records, including profile, reading settings, reading activity, synced personal stories, public story submissions, reports, blocks, and cloud sync records unless data must be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, billing, safety, or purchase-record reasons.
Local Drafts And Purchases
Local-only drafts stored on your device are removed by deleting the app or clearing local app data. Apple, Google, and RevenueCat may retain purchase or subscription records under their own policies and applicable law. Active subscriptions must be cancelled through the store where they were purchased.
