Terms of Use
PagePace provides a mobile reading experience for original, curated, user-imported, and user-submitted short-form reading content.
Some PagePace-provided stories may be developed through a human-directed, AI-assisted editorial workflow. Personal imports and public submissions remain user-provided content.
Content Access
Free stories may be available without an account. PagePace Plus unlocks the access described in the app through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing when purchased in the mobile app.
Accounts
PagePace may create a guest user ID so the app works before you add an email. You can add an email to protect access across devices. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address used for your account. Guest data deletion and email account deletion can be started in the app from Settings > Account.
Personal Imports
Imported or user-created stories remain your responsibility. Only import, save, or submit content you have the right to use. Personal stories are private unless you choose to submit them publicly.
Public Story Submissions
If you submit a story publicly, you are responsible for the content and confirm that you have the rights needed to share it. You grant PagePace a non-exclusive license to host, display, moderate, distribute, and promote the submitted story inside PagePace and related store or marketing surfaces while it remains available.
PagePace may review, reject, request edits, unpublish, or remove public stories. Public stories must not contain copied or stolen content, hate or slurs targeting protected classes, harassment, doxxing, threats, explicit sexual content, sexual violence, child sexual content, self-harm encouragement, practical violence instructions, spam, or content that is not suitable for PagePace.
General profanity, fictional conflict, horror, suspense, romance, mature themes, and non-graphic adult references may be allowed when they remain story-like and policy-safe. Readers can report public stories and block creators. PagePace may limit or disable public posting for accounts that repeatedly or severely violate these rules.
Copyright Complaints And DMCA Notices
Do not upload, import, save, or publicly submit content that infringes someone else's copyright or other rights. PagePace may remove or disable access to content that appears to infringe copyright and may limit or terminate posting privileges for repeat infringers.
Copyright complaints may be sent to PagePace's registered DMCA designated agent with enough information to identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized. Registered DMCA designated agent information is available at DMCA Notices.
Dispute Resolution
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and PagePace agree to try to resolve disputes informally first by contacting pagepace.support@gmail.com. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring eligible claims in small claims court or seek injunctive relief for misuse of intellectual property, account abuse, or security issues.
Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis. You and PagePace waive the right to bring or participate in class actions, class arbitrations, representative actions, or jury trials to the fullest extent permitted by law. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days after first accepting these Terms by emailing pagepace.support@gmail.com with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out" and the email address associated with your account, if any.
Purchases And Subscriptions
Mobile digital purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their terms. RevenueCat may be used to manage entitlements and restore purchases. Restore Purchases is available in Settings.
Active subscriptions must be managed or cancelled through the store where they were purchased. Deleting a PagePace account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Play Store subscription.
Support And Privacy
Support is available at pagepace.support@gmail.com. Privacy choices and account deletion information are available at Privacy Choices and Account Deletion.
