For help with PagePace, email pagepace.support@gmail.com.
Include the email address on your PagePace account, your device type, and a short description of the issue. Do not include passwords or payment card details.
Common Requests
- Password reset: use Settings > Account in the app, or email support if you cannot access your account.
- Restore purchases: open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases.
- Account deletion: use Settings > Account in the app or visit Account Deletion.
- Report public story concerns: use the report option in the reader, or email support with the story title and concern.
- Privacy questions: email support with the subject line Privacy Request.
